Currently, Catelis Learning Solutions is in pre-startup to startup mode and well into the Initiation phases of company brand and process development. We have completed our basic branding kit and will soon begin the design phase for our digital social media.
We are currently interviewing technical and training industry employees in top-down roles to establish project management and content design/development strategies that maximize upskilling and new-skill user adoption while keeping training costs low in the Lean-first, results-driven approach we champion at Catelis LS.
We have leveraged publicly available data, competitive insights, and results from our initial user persona studies to identify early product and end-user targets. Our early findings indicated a product gap for effective, low cost technical learning solutions for upskilling non-technical workers.
Our goal is to provide training solutions that improve technical skills to proficiency levels equivalent to those of a basic administrator in their industry. Our customer-centric approach means we only create products focused on upskilling targets and knowledge advancements that our clients identify as necessary in the context of their employees roles, organization's key objectives, and relevance within their industry.
